LOST THURSDAY JANUARY 10TH IN IREDELL CO, TROUTMAN/MOORESVILLE NC AT REST AREA ON 77 NORTHBOUND, BETWEEN EXITS 36 AND 42 came down to SC and was taking the dog up to NJ and she got loose after almost breaking semi-feral dog and she was deemed unsafe to travel on a multi-driver transport. The rescuer Description: 4 month old female, black, looks like a miniature lab with very sleek coat. Wearing a blue/purple collar. Picture will be sent out asap, waiting to get it.
